Order processing

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days, from tuesday to friday. If some products are temporarily out of stock, requiring more than 7 days, you will be contacted so that you can choose to receive the available products and a refund for the out of stock ones or to wait and receive all together.

Orders including products from the category “Dr.Giorgini” might require 3-5 additional working days to be processed due to the fact although, usually, the processing of all order happens the same day or the working day following the arrival of the order. This possible delay is due to the fact that this producer has more than 1600 products and while all of them are available for sale, they aren’t always immediately available in our stock and the supplying might take a few additional days.

Shipping and handling

All orders destinated to Italy are shipped via GLS Courier, which delivers in 24/48h in most Italian locations, except for islands and remote areas, where it takes 48/72h.

The vast majority of our international shipments are done through UPS/DHL Express courier, which ships in 48/72h hours in Europe and most extra-EU countries. Additional days might apply for customs control at the destination.
Depending on size of the package and destination the shipment might be assigned to Poste Italiane, which will then be handled by your local Postal service.

For purchases from outside EU customs fees may apply. These fees are not in control of the seller, they are not included in the final price and are full responsibility of the importer (the buyer).

To avoid package stocking or unsuccesful deliveries we suggest to insert an address where somebody is always present, it could be a private house, but also a shop, an office or a postal box.
